I am a real estate investor with a small portfolio of residential rental property that I manage and maintain. I have been in the business since 2004.
I also hold a North Carolina Real Estate license, though that license is inactive. I have never done brokerage services, however I do frequently take continuing education courses to try to keep up with the industry. I may at some point activate my license.

I occasionally teach seminars and webinars on real estate investing through the NC Community College system’s Small Business Center.
